Two meters, both capped. No tiers to outgrow and no upgrade because you crossed a limit.
KSh 15 per active customer a month
Never more than KSh 7,000 a month up to 1,000 customers. The cap is reached at 467 customers, so customers 468 to 1,000 add nothing to your bill.
2% of revenue you actually collect
Never more than KSh 3,000 a month. Failed payments, refunds and reversals are never counted.
KSh 1,000
Applied once, to the total of both meters, never on top. Routers and hotspot sites are not metered.
Kenyan networks are billed in shillings. Outside Kenya: $0.135 per customer (max $63), 2% of hotspot (max $27), $9 minimum.
