A telco-grade NOC
for every network
Large operators know about an outage before the first call. Iterative Billing’s NOC monitor and network map give you the same control room: every router, port, access point, tower and customer, live, in the same platform that bills them.
Their experience
What your subscribers see
Faults found before they call
Your team sees a failing router or a congested sector while it is happening, not when the phones start ringing.
Days back after an outage
Customers hit by an incident get extra days added to their subscription automatically, the kind of service people remember.
Your control room
What you see
Every router, live
Online status, packet loss, latency, WAN throughput, CPU and active sessions for each router, sampled continuously.
Fleet health at a glance
Loss and latency trends across the network, with a health status for every site.
Per-port analytics
SNMP traffic per port, broken down by hour and weekday, to find the link that is running hot.
Access points and stations
The stations connected to each access point, so a crowded sector is visible.
Outage history and uptime
A record of every outage per router and area, with uptime trends over time.
A live network map
Routers, towers, OLTs, splitters, ONUs and customers on one map, with port occupancy and node capacity.
How it works
- 1
Routers report in
Routers on the platform are sampled automatically; SNMP adds per-port detail.
- 2
Place your network
Put towers, OLTs, splitters and customers on the map.
- 3
Act on incidents
Log an outage and the affected customers get their days back automatically.
Questions operators ask
Does Iterative Billing include network monitoring?
Yes. The NOC monitor tracks online status, packet loss, latency, WAN throughput, CPU and sessions for every router, adds per-port SNMP analytics and access-point station tables, and keeps outage history and uptime trends.
What is on the network map?
Your routers, towers, OLTs, splitters, ONUs and customers, with port occupancy and node capacity, so you can see where each customer connects and which parts of the network are full.
Are customers compensated after an outage?
Yes. When an incident is logged, the affected customers get extra days added to their subscription automatically, and the incident stays in the outage history for that router and area.
Run your network like a telco
Iterative Billing is application-only. Tell us about your network and we review it within one business day; approved networks start with a 3-day trial.
