Your customers will think
you are a telco
Big operators win on experience: an app, instant reconnection, a portal that works at midnight. Iterative Billing gives an independent ISP the same, under your own brand, so customers stay because the service feels premium, not because switching is hard.
Their experience
What your subscribers see
A self-care app and portal
Renew, check usage, download receipts and invoices, and raise a ticket from the Internet Billing self-care app or your branded portal, on your own domain.
Back online in seconds
Pay by M-Pesa or mobile money and the connection is restored automatically, day or night, with no call to your office.
A renewal page, not a dead connection
An expired PPPoE customer who opens a browser lands on your renewal and payment page instead of a timeout.
WiFi they control
Customers change their own WiFi name and password from the app or portal, pushed to their router over TR-069.
Hotspots that look like a brand
Captive portals in 21 themes, from Kitenge, Matatu and Shuka to Swiss, Terminal and Neon, with your logo, prices and colours on every site.
Points for paying on time
Loyalty points on every payment, redeemable against service, so good customers feel rewarded.
Your control room
What you see
Fewer calls
Renewals, WiFi changes and receipts stop being support tickets.
Payments that reconcile themselves
Every payment is matched to the right customer and account automatically.
One brand everywhere
Portal, captive portals, invoices and messages carry your name, not a vendor’s.
How it works
- 1
Add your brand
Logo, colours and, if you want it, your own domain for the portal.
- 2
Pick hotspot themes
Choose a captive-portal theme per site and set your bundles.
- 3
Invite subscribers
Customers sign in to the app or portal with the details they already have.
Questions operators ask
Can subscribers renew their internet themselves?
Yes. Subscribers renew from the self-care app or portal by M-Pesa or mobile money, and the connection is restored automatically as soon as the payment arrives. An expired PPPoE customer who opens a browser is shown your renewal page.
Can customers change their own WiFi password?
Yes, on routers managed over TR-069. The customer changes the WiFi name or password in the app or portal and the platform pushes it to their router, so the request never reaches your support team.
How many captive-portal designs are there?
Twenty-one themes, each carrying your logo, colours and bundle prices, and you can use a different theme on each hotspot site.
Can the portal run on my own domain?
Yes. The customer portal can run on your own domain with your branding, so subscribers only ever see your name.
