Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my customer limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We won't cut off your existing subscribers. We'll just ask you to upgrade before adding new ones.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or long-term contracts. You pay only the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Kenyan operators are billed in Kenyan shillings at the published tiers. Operators outside Kenya are billed in US dollars at equivalent flat tiers, still with unlimited routers, unlimited hotspot sites and no revenue share. Your own subscribers are always billed in your local currency through the multi-currency engine.
What does the subscriber limit actually count?
The number on each plan is the PPPoE and Static IP subscriber cap. Hotspot subscribers are unlimited on every plan, as are routers and hotspot sites, and we never take a percentage of your hotspot revenue.
Which plans include the WhatsApp AI assistant?
Every plan except Basic includes the free WhatsApp AI agent assistant at no extra cost. Basic also excludes the Finance & Accounting module, ACS (TR-069) and Smart OLT; Basic Lite includes everything except Smart OLT, and Basic Plus upwards include all modules.
Is maintenance and support included?
Maintenance and support are free on every plan from Basic Lite upwards, with VIP support answering in 1 to 30 minutes. The Basic plan carries a KSh 500 maintenance and support charge on renewal and standard support answering in 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Contact our sales team for annual billing options with discounted rates. Annual plans typically save you 15-20% compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments for subscription fees. Your subscribers can pay through any of our integrated payment gateways.
