Huawei GPON OLTs, including the MA5608T, MA5683T, MA5800 and EA5800 series, over Telnet, SSH and SNMP.
Do I still need the OLT command line?
Not for day-to-day work. ONU discovery and authorisation, service provisioning, suspension and restoration run from the platform, tied to each customer’s billing status.
Can fibre customers be suspended and restored automatically?
Yes. When an account expires the service is suspended, and when payment arrives it is restored automatically.
